Visitor center in Agia

This little house was built by about forty people within the span of about two weeks. It is built entirely out of cob, with almost exclusively local materials, and it constitutes our second attempt at collaborating with local authorities for the construction of public buildings. Our goal was to both tackle the need to educate people practically on how to build with earth, as well as deliver a building which displays the benefits of this type of construction. Its purpose is to serve as a visitor center for those coming to the area of Agia in Larissa, and was completed with the help and support of the municipality of Agia.
